Liang Fu

Liang Fu, affectionately known as Faustina, is a compassionate leader, dedicated caregiver advocate, and the visionary Founder and Executive Director of the Australia Caregiver Association. With a warm, nurturing personality and a deep sense of purpose, Faustina has spent her career uplifting others—especially the elderly, people with disabilities, and the caregiving professionals who support them every day.

Her journey began with a strong academic foundation in Business Management, studied in Hunan, China, from 2000 to 2004. Early on, she developed a passion for people-focused leadership, which later evolved into a lifelong commitment to community care and service. Combining her business acumen with a loving heart, Faustina found her calling in the caregiving industry, where she could make a lasting, human impact.

In 2022, Faustina launched a national caregiver platform under the Australia Caregiver Association. What started as a small initiative has grown into a thriving network that now supports over 800 clients across Australia. Under her leadership, the platform has become a trusted resource for families and individuals seeking compassionate, professional caregiving support.

More than just an administrator, Faustina is a hands-on leader who believes in empowering caregivers. She personally organizes and oversees training programs designed to improve the skills, confidence, and ethical standards of caregivers. Her commitment to professional development stems from her core belief: "To care for others, we must also care for those who give care."

Faustina holds a Level 4 Nursing Practice Certificate and is certified in CPR, equipping her with essential practical skills that complement her leadership role. She is known for her excellent communication, gentle demeanor, and exceptional organizational abilities, which she uses to create a supportive and structured environment for both staff and clients.

Those who work with Faustina often describe her as deeply caring, endlessly patient, and genuinely loving. Whether mentoring a new caregiver, assisting a family in crisis, or advocating for improved industry standards, she brings empathy and warmth to every interaction. Her goal is not only to grow her organization but also to elevate the entire caregiving profession in Australia.

Outside of her professional life, Faustina is a devoted family member and friend who enjoys giving back to her community. Her personal and professional values are deeply intertwined, making her not just a leader, but a role model in compassionate care.

As she looks to the future, Faustina remains enthusiastic about expanding the Australia Caregiver Association, forging new partnerships, and continuing her mission to raise the standard of care, one caregiver at a time.
